Wow...is the summer rolling by! I have intended to post several times and just haven't had a chance! So here are some highlights of our summer adventures....we have had a ball. At the same time, I want my kids to appreciate how blessed we are. So amid the fun I have also tried to share our blessings by reminding them, by showing them pictures on line of less fortunate children (heartbreaking...Lauren wants to send them food) and by praying....this morning we each said a prayer for a sick little girl. So, while you have fun and enjoy your family--reflect how fortunate you are but also teach and show your children this by LIVING it!

I am so glad to see an update....and all your pics too! Looks like you all have been having a wonderful time. I am so glad! Good for you on teaching them how fortunate they are too. We all are really, even with our struggles, it is nothing compared to what others live with...or without...day in and day out!
