Sometimes do you ever wonder are they getting it....school, sharing, church....I am not one to push so when Anna is ready to talk about Christ, we will have that talk. She brings up things in her own time......so tonight I wanted to share something.......Earlier today she told me a lie--for no reason other than to get her sister in trouble. I had her go to her room to think about what she did--knowing we would talk about it more. I will spare you all of the in between details ans skip straight to the proud moment. I was tucking her in to night and she had said her prayers and we were chatting. I just told her that I loved her and it made me sad that she lied to me. She said, "Mommy, when I was in my room, I read my verse about lying lips." "Lying lips are an abomination to God, but he delights in truth." She learned that in Awana several months back....and she remembered the content and looked it up in her Sparks book.
I love those girls...thank you God for my girls and my husband! We are so blessed and I am so thankful!

I love your blog.........you have really done a pro job on it....all pics are darling.....your imagination is "top drawer" of course you got some good subjects....I have been really preoccupied but had the chance to drop in and check it out...it fits just right!! Connie
