update and birthday party!

Well, I have some great--no make that GREAT--news!!!! Our friend Doug received great news this week....NO CANCER!!!! God is good!!! Many have faithfully prayed and I know Doug appreciates all those prayers! Initially the doctors wanted to give him a really strong chemo....even though all the tests weren't back.....they were told that there was a chance the cancer would return within 4 years because of chemo.....I want to say like 80% chance.....so they opted to not do the chemo and have changed his diet, cleansed and he is feeling great and NO CANCER!!!! He was at church today and we were all glad to see him!!!

Tonight was his granddaughter's birthday party and it was great!! Anna loves to 'fire the marshmallows', they both love jumping on the trampoline and the highlight is the hayride!!! Another great party....another year older....can you really be 7 already?! Time goes so fast....hug your kids and enjoy them!!!!

In closing, thank you God for the healing Doug has received.....thank you for great friends....thank you for my wonderful girls.....and thank you for my husband--who missed football to see Fireproof with me! (Can you get a better anniversary present than that....I say NO!!....10 years this Friday)
