Mother's Day

Well, it is almost over but Happy Mother's Day to all you mommies out there!!! I hope everyone had a great day....I did!!! My sweet girls love to make cards so I have a couple of those plus the ones they picked out with Daddy! They made necklaces at Michael's yesterday....Daddy too!!! LOVE it!!!! I am not a jewelry person...I am very low maintenance...takes very little to please me....pick flowers from my yard--my kids make my heart soar.....a hand made card and sweet baby kisses--the best gift ever! Material things do very little for me....but oh how I loved the necklaces they made--Thomas did a great job! I told him since he knows how to do it now, he can make a few for me in other colors....I will take a picture and post it!!!!They also got me a gift certificate for a massage!!! I do love to get those but NEVER go and buy them!!! Thank you to my sweet babies and my sweet husband!!! After church we went to eat and hung out all day....it was a good lazy kind of day!!!

We finished school on Friday so Anna is officially a 2nd grader!!!! Can not believe it!! Math is her love....when we went to see my Grandma yesterday, Anna showed her mental math skills. Betty (Grandma's roommate) said she had smoked since she was 13 and is now 73...Anna immediately said WOW...that is 60 years! Faster than me!!!

We will be going to see my parents soon....many of you know she was in a bad accident a week ago tomorrow. She is doing well--thanks to God and his wonderful protection!
